A great bike with a lot of bang for your buck
The bike arrived fast, it was easy to assemble, and it rides like a dream! This bike is powerful and has good battery life. And the app is extremely helpful to personalize your settings.

A perfect cruiser for an older fella like me.
Contrary to some reviews that objected to the state of the bike when shipped, any direct-from-manufacturer ebike that comes with features of comparable bikes twice the price will take some tweaking. After three weeks of mixed use on all surfaces ranging from asphalt to gravel to offroad, over 750 kilometers thus far, I am thrilled with the performance and the durability of the Thunder Pro. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one at this price.
Really enjoying the bike
Last month, I upgraded from the Thunder to the Thunder Pro, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This beast packs a 52V/2000W setup that delivers plenty of power and puts a smile on my face every ride. 🤙🏼

Loss my license for a bit. Need to still get around so I bought the Jasion Thunder Pro and glad I did. This bike took me through 4 towns with no problems at all. It’s a beast of a bike with a nice and smooth ride. Got this bike up to over 40 mph at one point. Very nice peddle assist so I can get a little exercise moving my legs as I have a defibrillator and congestive heart failure and a regular bike would be to much for me. So far so good.

I bought 2 bikes, one for me and one for my wife. We really enjoy the bikes and have went about 80-90 to date. I have a rear shock issue with my Thunder Pro St but have been talking to Ashley and I believe we resolved the problem. We really like the bikes. I would recommend anyone to purchase.
I would say best value for the money out there. Without pedaling mine goes about 45 miles on a full charge. Probably could have gone more but didn’t want to find out. It is a beast to pedal a distance without assist but I am happy with the performance as is. I did upgrade to a softer seat. In hindsight I would have ordered the ST because when the back it loaded it becomes challenging to swing your leg over the top. Very satisfied.

I'm was a Roadie and reluctantly gave in and bought an E-bike as my back didn't have many miles left in it :( I received my Thunder Pro 3 weeks ago and after working out a few squeaks and lose blots that customer service helped me with along with great people on the FB group, I wish I had done this Years Ago!!! With the 4ich tires and dual suspension, I am back on the rails and exploring the woods!!! This has opened up a new world for me and I am So glad I did it!!! I highly recommend the Thunder Pro and urge you to not wait 5 years like I did ;)
Fun to ride, but it needs a way to use a key to lock the bike. The key only unlocks the battery, I want to able to sercure the bike by key. All else is great.

We provide UPS and FedEx shipping services. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.

2. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

3. What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

It will take 7-8 hours.
6. How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
7. Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.
