I believe Jasion is highly confident to extend one additional year of warranty on their products because the feedback from the customer base is a positive one. As long as an additional year of warranty is free of charge, I welcome such an offer. It tells the customer base that Jasion is very confident on the quality of their products.
This is one reason I went with Jasion. An extra year of warranty made a huge part in my decision. Just having the comfort of knowing I have 2 years of warranty is very satisfying.
Excellent quality and craftsmanship
Bicycle rides great, assist works flawlessly, battery life is good. All in all, a great quality built bike. Customer service is excellent, and free extra year warranty is a nice addition.

Good e-bike strongly made. However the folding bike with the rear basket takes up a lot of space. Had I realized that I would not have gotten a folding bike. Also not getting the mileage I had hoped for. I will say that Jasion is quick to help with problems. My bike came slightly damaged I sent pictures and was assured that if the part broke they would replace it. All and all it’s a good bike, we bought 2. I only wish the mileage was higher
You guys are at the top for e-bikes! We love these bikes! Very well made, super easy to assemble, and durable! I can't be any more pleased with these bikes. (Maybe you throw in a couple of mirrors, and a bike lock.) But 5 stars from me!
