Ive owned 4 ebikes to date and this one out classes all of the rest. Suspension 10- torque 10- speed 10- comfort 10- paint 10- brakes 10- cost 10- ease of assembly 10. for the money noting else compares,...Do yourself a favor , get it.

I just got the Retrovolt basic model, and it has great power. I'm going up hills with ease at level 3 or 4 assist. I love this bike, it looks really cool and it get me around without getting exhausted. I live in a hilly area, and with this bike it's not a problem. Lots of fun to ride, and the battery life last a long time, enough for extended trips around town and riding the trails. and I still get my exercise at 67 years old.

I have only had this bike about a month but I am very impressed with it. It has a quality look and feel. I have ridden a few trails and this bike seems at home on trails as much as it is at home on paved roads. The bike is well powered with a 2000w peak motor which makes going up steep climbs very doable. I could use a more solid padded seat. This one feels too cushie for me. If you are looking for a step up from the normal 750 hub motor ebikes, I think this is the bike for you.

Love this E bike it’s a great commuter bike from my home to work and back on one charge. This is the perfect E bike for your first one! It rides smooth and perfect speed and I enjoy it every day riding around town and down the beach.

The biggest disappointment is the battery range.

This thing is amazing! I had previously had a ouxi V8 max and while it was an amazing bike my Girlfriend had the same bike as this but me and In that grey and wow that thing totally sold me! Unfortunately both our bikes were stolen! However I just got this thing last Thursday as of this posting (took only 3 days to arrive which is amazing!) I highly recommend this bike it’s perfect and if they do a longer range version oh my take my money!

It is a known problem that the factory torque arm is not sturdy enough to withstand the torque of the powerful electric motor in the rear wheel hub. If the axle slips and spins within the frame, you could lose the motor when the wires are stretched and pulled out of the axle as it spins. Highly suggest replacing the factory torque arm before riding, as there are many people reporting this issue. I've seen many pictures of bent and broken factory torque arms, some within 3 miles of the initial ride. That said, I love the bike, just wish the aftermarket torque arms would get here faster...

This bike is exactly what I was looking for. It’s comfortable, fast, and efficient. I have had it for two weeks and just logged 100 commuting miles. My teen even rides on the back. With both of us, I’m riding about 34 mph on flat, with just me, I get to to 38 mph quick. Being able to travel at the same pace of traffic allows this bike to truly be a second vehicle for my family.

I purchased the Jasion RetroVolt Pro specifically for grocery runs and to bypass local traffic, and it has quickly become the favorite part of my day. Cruising to the store is now an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. I feel completely safe and confident riding in street traffic because the bike easily reaches speeds of 35 MPH. Additionally, as someone who is 6 feet tall, I find the frame and riding position to be very comfortable.

Comfortable riding experience. Brakes are very good, good stopping power at higher speed. I got mine to 48 mph on a flare stretch and I’m 215 lbs. Suspension is very good. The RetroVolt Pro2 is a fun ride.

Took a few days to get it. I got the green. I got it 34-38. Average is 34 mph in PAS 5. I commute to work on it (24 miles round trip). And get some longer rides. I normally go PAS 1-3 for exercise. (Yes you feel it going up big hills. I’m over 500 miles on the odometer. Cruise is easy to operate. Push the “light/cruise” button, twist throttle and hold 3 seconds. I hit 34 on my way to work. I’ll let you know when I hit 1 K on the odometer. I asked driver behind me at red light if he could notice my signals and he said he barely could see them.

I only write reviews if products are super good or super bad. The Jasion Retrovolt Pro is such a fun bike to ride around. Can use it for shorter range commutes or daily joyrides. The max speed advertised is accurate (I've gotten it up to about 37mph) on a flat road. Less range is to be expected if you're full-throttling it the whole time, that's just the nature of e-bikes. Putting it together out of the box was pretty simple, though having a second person to help lift is definitely recommended. Overall, very satisfied with this bike and I'll be recommending it to friends who are interesting in getting into the hobby.
